POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Create a positive and mentoring environment for Beneficiaries (ARC rehabilitation program participants) through collaboration and partnership with program staff. Ensure that the Work Therapy Unit (WTU) operates at peak efficiency by monitoring and managing established key performance indicators (KPI) and standard operating procedures. (SOP) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety and operational standards and procedures. Ensure facility and team is in compliance with all regulations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent (Required) Verifiable professional experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees. (minimum one (1) year preferred) Has verifiable experience supervising program participants (preferred). Professional experience supervising volunteers, interns, and/or other large groups of individuals will also be considered. Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies, including logistics, equipment, safety and purchasing (Preferred) Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of organization staff and deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information as appropriate.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects, e.g., rolling clothing racks, fixtures, and/or miscellaneous carts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Due to the facility’s nature, the incumbent must be able to occasionally work outdoors and feel comfortable walking on potentially uneven surfaces.CORE COMPENTENCIES:

Manage projects and new processes - Ability to plan, execute and monitor processes to achieve desired goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Provide objective feedback during weekly case conference meetings. Comply with all program requirements including submission of all required WTA evaluations. Supervise, coach, and train all warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach operation efficiency and achieve production goals. Evaluate employee performance and give accurate reviews and clear attainable goals. Supervise daily activities, including quality assurance, pricing strategies, inventory control, space management, logistics, completion of required reports, shipping and receiving processes. Overall responsible for production department performance and must show willingness to lead by example. Responsible for the adherence to the policy that no merchandise is taken, given, or lent. Shopping or storing products is strictly prohibited. Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and storing of goods, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of store allocations. Oversee inventory levels and conduct inventory counts. Train Donation Attendants with emphasis on customer service, safety, and efficiency. Follow safety measures established and maintained by ARC policy and government regulations. Overtime: Any and all overtime must have the written approval of the supervisor. The supervisor’s initials must appear on the timecard besides the overtime hours. Provide support to BRP stores as needed. Perform added duties as assigned.
