Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting in the daily supervision of warehouse operations to assure that company policies and procedures are followed.Promote personal and professional growth of department employees through regular communication and continued training.Inspect and maintain a safe work environment and clean facility Pulling parts and loading trucks Managing inventory, including making brake kits.Receiving and checking in direct bound freight into our inventory software. Ensuring that correct orders are pulled and delivered.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
The ability to lift 50-75 pounds.A high school diploma or GED preferred with seven (7) years of experience in a logistics/warehouse field or nine (9) years of experience with no education.Prior experience in a multi-faceted business experience with an emphasis on inventory management preferred.Supervisory experience in an inventory environment highly preferredForklift experience and Certification preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.Dependable, organized and committed.Positive attitude, good instincts, and self-motivationHigh energy, a positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic.Resourceful and motivatedBenefits:
