As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for bulk terminal/distribution operations, at our plants or at other terminal/distribution sites. This role will also serve to support warehouse staff members and act as back up to the Shipping Coordinator and Crew Leads.

Job Related Functions and Key Responsibilities

Direct the work and train other warehouse department employeesRead, scan and print labels as necessaryRotation between warehouse lead and dispatch activities as necessaryDocument all product and material transfers and shipmentsReceive, store, and distribute material and product as requiredIdentify non-conforming productScheduled loading and delivery times for materials and finished productPerform inventory reconciliation and auditsCo-lead factory installation improvement projects.Responsible for reporting, overseeing weekly interim location reconciliation & reporting and quality system documents.Review pack-out logs and resolve discrepancies with Production reporting vs. Warehouse confirmationResearch inventory discrepancies as neededConsolidate bills of lading for transfer to the shipping officeResponsible for dispatching truck drivers and loadersConduct startup meetings assigning daily work positions to forklift operators as necessaryMonitor and manage the materials forklift operators and their functionsTrain and mentor forklift operators on warehouse processes and proceduresAll other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisors and manager

Education and Other Requirements

High School diploma or GED EquivalentForklift Certification3-5 Years of experience in warehousing / manufacturing, requiredRead, write, speak, and comprehend English.Working knowledge of SAP to include accessing and collecting data, ability to complete electronic forms, produce accurate reports, conduct investigative research, issue workflow to employees through SAP process, explain data and communicate results.Meet all basic plant employment criteria, to include a good attendance record.Ability to work 8-hour, 10-hour or 12-hour shift or required necessary hours to meet the business requirements. This may include overtime and weekend work as necessaryMust be able to use a computer and associated software programsPerform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of Quality, Service and Cost objectives.

Job Location and Work Conditions

Work is performed in a warehouse of a high-speed bottling, manufacturing, and warehouse environment. Work requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, tanks, heights, wet conditions, fumes, vibrations, dust, etc. Working hours must be flexible with the ability to work all shifts and extended hours as required.

Equipment

Personal protective equipment to include but not limited to steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection and uniform requirements. Hoist, hand cart, hand tools, measuring instruments, equipment operations manuals. Cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Pay Range:

$56,804 - $56,805

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
