DeBra-Kuempel is wholly owned by EMCOR Group, Inc., a national provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services, including planning, consulting, and operations and maintenance. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and shop upkeep, including cleanliness, tool/material organization, and readiness for daily operations. + Support job-site preparation by verifying equipment and materials against purchase orders and job numbers. + Assist in coordinating and loading materials and equipment for delivery to jobsites or for in-house use. + Perform pick-ups from vendors and suppliers as needed. + Keep accurate records of inbound and outbound materials, ensuring proper documentation is completed and turned in. + Occasionally operate company vehicles to deliver or retrieve materials (Clean Driving Record and Medical Card/Physical Required) + Maintain safety and order inside vehicles, including securing materials and completing pre/post-trip inspections when driving. + Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained when not in use. + Help monitor shop inventory and notify appropriate team members of low stock or supply needs. + Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed). + Support minor maintenance tasks and odd jobs in and around the office/shop as needed. + Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and field personnel to help keep projects moving efficiently. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
