As Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the control, organization, and efficiency of logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring that product receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch are carried out correctly and in a timely manner, aligned with the operational excellence model.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Supervise the reception and verification of goods

Ensure proper storage of products, respecting safety and inventory rotation standards

Manage and control inventory, minimizing errors and losses

Coordinate efficient order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Lead and train warehouse staff, maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Optimize the use of warehouse space and resources

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, bachelor's degree in business administration

3 years' experience

Office package management

Oracle, WMS and OTM (preferent)

Knowledge in supply chain

English B1
