Warehouse Lead – Ayr, Ontario

As a Warehouse Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. With your strong leadership skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements will contribute to the success of our warehouse operations.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Supervisor, and you will work out of our Ayr, Ontario location, 235 Waydom Dr, Ary, ON N0B 1E0, Canada.

\n\n

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n\n\tOversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in the warehouse.\n\tEnsure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.\n\tCoordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders.\n\tImplement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.\n\tTrain and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.\n\tIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\t3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.\n\tProficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control.\n\tKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.\n\tA valid forklift certificate and experience operating weight minimum 5000lbs\n\n\n

 

\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.\n\tExperience in implementing process improvements in warehouse operations.\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\tAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n\n\n
