Join our shipping team as a Replenishment Lead and use your previous knowledge to help guide the department to success as a Lead in the department. Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus. We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday with full-time hours being 10am-6:30pm plus overtime. 

JOB DUTIES:

Transporting material in the shipping department Picking and packing orders utilizing an RF scanner and/or voice picking system Operating sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and stand-up reach pallet rider  Ensure zero product delinquency Focus on continuous improvement Execute standard procedures Scheduling work flow  Directing associates into a variety of job duties Overseeing department functions under the shipping supervisor  Training/coaching employees in the shipping department

YOU MUST HAVE:

2+ years of experience operating a forklift 2+ years of experience using a RF scanner 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
