Team Lead 22/hr paid weekly

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate Prior leadership or supervisor experience in a warehouse environment Must have a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check

The Opportunity

This is the next step in an associate's path to management You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand
