You will contribute by:

Under the supervision of a Shift Manager, the Warehouse Lead will be responsible for directing the day to day hourly warehouse associates within an assigned AOR to achieve daily operational goalsLeading & following-up on team activities & drive accountability within their assigned WarehouseCommunicating daily expectations with team membersAttending daily, weekly and monthly supervisor meetingsAttending or participating in management training classes for leadership developmentCarrying out assigned projects for leadership developmentCommunicating with other supporting functional groups within C&S
