Responsibilities /Qualifications
Create purchase orders for raw materials (chemicals and components)Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and confirmation of purchase ordersWork with Sourcing and Planning when deliveries are delayed or there is a quality issueCoordinate with Suppliers the deliveries of tankers to be on time and avoid stockouts that can affect productionComputer Skills including MS Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to multi-task, prioritize, adjust workflow for business needs, and work independently, flexibility with schedule to meet critical deadlinesBasic math, measuring skills, and ability to read prints/drawingsResponsible for overseeing a variety of functions within the distribution center/warehouse, such as receiving, stocking, loading and unloading merchandise, picking and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.This role would typically be responsible for on-the-job training of more junior warehouse staff.1-3 years Inventory Management ExperienceRole could be performed by an employee with a high school education and at least five years of relevant experience or an associate with three years of experienceCar Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
