We are currently looking for an experienced warehouse Lead at ProLogistix

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations ensuring cooperation with safety function • Ensure the reduction of financial loss related to damaged products • Oversee the employees as to correct labeling of all products per our purchase orders and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Director of Warehouse Operations, or buyer • Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages and relate findings to management for quick resolution to enable smooth flow of operations • Making sure all equipment (Forklifts, and Scanner Guns) are charging by the end of the shift    Responsibility: 

Managing staff: Coordinating and scheduling warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Handling logistics: Managing the flow of goods, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing Maintaining systems: Ensuring the warehouse systems are in good condition Monitoring compliance: Enforcing company policies and safety regulations to keep employees safe
