Warehouse Labor/Shop Technician (GA, Rome)GA, Rome At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, our Warehouse Labor Technician will do a variety of tasks within the warehouse to help keep the area organized and clean for daily production. Perks of working at Five Star: + Paid Vacation after 6 Months + Seven Paid Holiday Days + Sign On Bonus + Overtime Eligible + Competitive Starting Rate + Attendance Bonus + Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance + 401(k) Matching Program Warehouse Laborer responsibilities include: + Move large items with forklift/pallet jack/hand truck. + Operate a pressure washer. + Assist in the warehouse as needed. + Keeping a clean work area; performs job safely and engages in job duties to ensure the safety of others. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Maintenance experience (preferred) + Dismantle vending machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions + Maintains proper inventory of machine parts on maintenance truck and warehouse + Perform complex and routine maintenance & cleaning on equipment at warehouse + Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions Requirements: + Must have a Highschool diploma or GED + Must be able to lift 25lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis. + Work in a climate-controlled environment. + Must be able to consent to a drug screen. + Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check. + Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines. + Preferred experience in a warehouse environment. + Preferred experience using a Forklift and/or Pallet Jack to load/unloading trucks. + Experience working with refrigeration systems + Prior experience working with machines and electrical maintenance with the purpose of repair/installs Benefits: + Full-Time Employee Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life & AD&D, Critical Illness, Short- & Long-Term Disability, 401(k), paid vacations and holidays + Help us generate 500,000 meals for hungry kids each year via our 501(c)3 charity, Feeding the Future, Inc.
