Warehouse & Keying Coordinator

Job Scope:

In this role you will be an integral part of the OEM supply chain, coordinating the WA warehouse/manufacturing site to control the flow of goods into and out of our site, ensuring accuracy and meeting KPI’s.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily management and organisation of receiving and dispatchCoordinate keying of customer orders to meet KPI’sLead day-to-day running of WA Warehouse/Manufacturing site including:Load, unload, receive, count and store stockPacking and shipping ordersChecking goods on arrival and before dispatchMaintaining and reporting stock levelsForklift driving for loading / unloading and general warehouse movementsInvestigating stock discrepancies and raising discrepancy notifications when neededAssist with the coordination of annual stocktakesEnsure WHS requirements are met and adhere to Allegion processes and proceduresTake an active role in continuous improvement initiatives

Job Specification:

Part A: Job Knowledge / Technical Skills / Qualifications

Solid experience in a warehousing / production environmentExperience in the keying of lock cylindersExperience in the safe use of a forkliftPrevious experience leading a direct report will be highly regardedOrganizational skills necessary to successfully multitask and coordinate prioritiesIntermediate knowledge in ERP systems and Microsoft Office productsStrong written and verbal communication skills

Must have a positive, can-do attitude that is customer and resolution oriented.The ability to work independently or with limited supervisionPositive attitude to workplace safety
