Daily warehouse forklift operation and maintenanceGoods or raw materials receiving, storing and deliveryEnd goods picking up and delivering; raw materials handover with productionInventory management and cleaning; stock checkStandard operation per 5S regulationsSupport production, engineering and other work that requires personnel or forkliftConduct safety supervision upon vendors, customers and all related operationLead the warehouse management team through giving subordinates guidelines, managing their daily work, and supervising the working safety and the sanitation of the whole teamEnsure that the warehouse strictly complies with the ISO standards and related operational requirements of the logistics, and optimizing the relevant operation proceduresOrganize month-end and year-end stock check to keep the inventory data clear, real-time and accurate; strictly complying with the principle of FIFO (first-in, first-out), to ensure in-stock chemicals’ qualityOrganize goods delivery service timely and accurately; checking goods receiving information to ensure faultless and improve the quality of logistics servicesLead Warehouse 5S and Lean Project continuously to improve team performanceEvaluate employees’ performance, focusing on employee development, organizing staff training, and improving employees’ operation Monitor daily supervision and management of the rental warehouseConduct supplier contractor training and managementPlanning the warehouse purchasing budget and lowering the operational cost of the warehouseStrictly observe all the safety rules in the national laws and corporate safety regulationsStrictly comply with all the codes of conduct, employee handbook, work flow, operation standards and other regulations required by Ecolab, the factory or the division.Minimum Qualifications:
High school education or above2 years logistics experienceSkilled forklift operation with a forklift licensePreferred Qualifications:
Be familiar with warehouse management process and have a strong team management capability3 years work experience as a junior warehouse operator in the companyA strong sense of responsibilityA good sense of teamwork and communication abilityA good command of SAP systemBe familiar with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel etc.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
