Warehouse & Inventory Specialist Location: San Jose, CA Pay: $23–$26/hr (Depending on Experience) Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Adecco is partnering with a leading company in San Jose, CA to hire a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends inventory control with SAP and Excel-based reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable moving between the warehouse floor and administrative tasks. **🔧 Responsibilities & Technical Skills:** + Utilize SAP (Warehouse Management & Materials Management modules) for picking, stock adjustments, and inventory tracking. + Create and manage picking lists in SAP. + Perform data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting). + Conduct physical picking of items based on SAP-generated lists. + Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting and audits. + Support costing, inventory reconciliation, and stock adjustments. + Ensure compliance with all warehouse processes and documentation protocols. **Physical & Operational Requirements:** + Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs as needed. + Operate pallet jacks or hand trucks safely. + Switch comfortably between desk work and warehouse floor activities. **Key Attributes:** + High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. + Strong organizational skills to manage records and multiple orders. + Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks independently. + Clear communication skills for collaboration with warehouse and finance teams. + Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures. **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
