This Position reports to:

Operations Manager
 

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.

The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion Business for System Drive Division in Nelamangala- Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.Checking the quality of incoming goods for storage.Ensuring daily contact with suppliers.Participating in regular inventory control processes.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or ERP operations, preferably within an industrial- drives manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for maintaining accurate material and inventory data.Knowledge of quality inspection procedures for incoming electrical/mechanical components.Familiarity with inventory control processes, stock audits, and warehouse best practices.Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.Experience in ABB Motion products or Drive systems will be an added advantage.Basic understanding of procurement cycles, material movement, and documentation compliance.
