Job DescriptionResponsible for all Production picking and related activities, within Warehouse Operations, supporting our Manufacturing and Service value streamsResponsible to ensure that materials are delivered to production value streams on timeSupport the Warehouse Lead HandsOversee staffing levels to maintain throughput and production changes throughout the daySupport and collaborate with Production Planning and Production leadership to ensure smooth operation of value streamsSupport of inventory counting requirementsMonitor Warehouse Activity Monitor utilizing SAPSeek and implement continuous improvement activitiesMaintain Departmental Continuous Improvement Processes initiativesEnsure daily productivity goals are achievedControl operational costs, while maximizing productivitySpecial projects and other duties as requiredEnsure a safe and productive working environment

 

Qualifications5+ years of experience in logistics, Shipping/Receiving, requiredPrevious supervisory and leadership experience requiredMaintain a positive, collaborative attitude and focusStrong leadership skills with sound decision making abilitiesComputer literacy with Windows applications and MS OfficeSAP ERP system knowledge would be an assetCompleted Diploma or Degree in a related discipline requiredFamiliar with hydraulics and automation products an assetMust be a team player with excellent people/interpersonal skills - with the ability to develop others, mentor, coach and motivate“Leads by example” and is focused on company goals, supporting our company mission, values, ethics and policiesDetail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
