**Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator** **Location: Austin, TX 78728** **Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm** **Pay: $21/hr** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. You will play a key role in loading pallets of full goods, receiving shipments, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing products for shipment. Accuracy, organization, and attention to safety are essential to succeed in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Receiving and Inspecting Shipments:** Receive incoming shipments, inspect products for quality and accuracy, and ensure proper storage and inventory tracking. + **Picking and Packing Orders:** Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring products are carefully prepared for shipment. + **Inventory Management:** Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly checking stock levels, performing cycle counts, and assisting with inventory audits. + **Workspace Maintenance:** Keep the warehouse environment clean and organized, adhering to best practices for safety and efficiency. + **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. + **Support Operations:** Assist in general warehouse operations to support the team in meeting daily productivity goals and deadlines. **Skills and Qualifications:** + **Forklift experience** + Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook (Required) + Core Competencies, demonstrated ability to perform all shipping processes + Demonstrated ability to perform all receiving processes (Domestic and ASA) + Demonstrated ability to read pick tickets, demonstrated ability to identify quality deficiencies (leakers, damaged cases, etc.) and place pallets on hold + Handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment + Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. + Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. **Working Conditions:** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Occasional lifting of boxes and materials, up to 50lbs. + May require standing for extended periods. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
