Job Description

The Warehouse/Driver helper combines the physical labor of warehouse work with the support of delivery operations. This role involves assisting with loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and providing support to delivery drivers. Specific duties include preparing for deliveries, navigating routes, and interacting with customers. 

Work Experience
Receiving and storing: Help unload incoming shipments, verify items, and store them in designated areas. Inventory management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records of stock levels. Order fulfillment: Pick and pack items for delivery orders. Loading and unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring items are secured and organized. Warehouse maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assisting with deliveries:Help load and unload packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct locations. Navigating routes:Assist drivers with navigating to delivery locations, potentially using GPS or maps. Customer interaction:Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including obtaining signatures and addressing any issues. Record keeping:Help maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues. Safety:Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
