YOUR ROLE

As Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor, on our team, you will: Warehouse supervisors oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

In your daily job you will:

Compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50000 standards when applicable.

Compliance with the procedures and requirements of the IATF16949 standards according to the job position. 

 Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

 Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Team management and daily operational decision making.

Stop and report any activity/decision that compromises the health and safety of workers as well as environmental contamination.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Bachelors' degree in Logistics or related

English level advanced

+5 years of experience in areas of Warehouse, Shipping and logistics.
