Job overview and responsibilities
This position manages the Provisioning Center at one of United’s seven domestic hub locations. Provides work direction for the provisioning center supervisor and service partner employees that operate in this Facility. Responsible to ensure vendor manages inventories of onboard provisioning items to ensure adequate station stock levels for local Hub and Regional Responsibilities. Accountable for executing aircraft provisioning standards to ensure service delivery for our customers and crew members is accurate and consistent. Ensures vendor performance meets all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and that site adheres to all safety efficiency goals. Responsible for new station start-ups across the region.
Provides 24/7 oversight at airport locations for provisioning center process flows, compliance to standards, the accuracy of product invoicing, laundry relationships, Materials Staging, Provisioning for Charter Operations, PPEDistribution, and vendor supportFacility OSHA and safety compliance standards by ensuring that the contracted Companies follow all established procedures processesMaintain authorized staffing levels to maximize performance for operational schedulesCommunicates with leadership and team to resolve system inventory shortages and overagesExpected to work closely to motivate and promote growth/advancement through a consistent and fair application of coaching and counseling while setting the example of a positive role model
