Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Associate – Full-Time (Hampden, ME)
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate opening!

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our distribution team in Hampden, ME. This is a physically demanding, full-time warehouse position requiring excellent English reading and writing skills, strong attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to teamwork, especially with volunteers.
Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and data entry Operate warehouse equipment (manual pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently Organize and clean the warehouse space and maintain safety compliance Supervise, train, and support individual and group volunteers, including elderly and differently-abled individuals Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times Cross-train in various warehouse functions to support overall distribution operations Escalate any issues to supervisors as needed Requirements Comfortable using warehouse management systems and scanners Basic math and computer skills Must pass a pre-employment physical screening to verify physical capability Able to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, stoop, and kneel for extended periods Comfortable working in cooler environments and around warehouse machinery 2 years of warehouse/distribution or similar experience preferred 2 years operating industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) preferred
