Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping

Manage daily delivery schedules and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs

Maintain warehouse organization, equipment, and vehicle readiness

Supervise and train warehouse staff and interns

Track inbound/outbound shipments and manage workflow to/from decorators

Step in to pack, load, deliver, and check in orders when needed

Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Experience managing deliveries to multiple clients or vendors

Familiarity with commonsku or similar systems

Strong communication and documentation habits

Experience redesigning or optimizing warehouse processes

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience

Proficient with warehouse processes and systems

Strong leadership and time management skills

High attention to detail and organizational ability

Comfortable working across teams and leading by example

Valid driver?s license; forklift experience a plus
