**About the Role**
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in supporting field technicians by managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of crucial supplies. This customer-facing position involves close collaboration with CBRE technicians to fulfill part requests for client sites, including purchase order (PO) processing, resupply coordination, and inventory management of items.
**What You’ll Do**
Collaborate closely with CBRE technicians to fulfill part requests and support client site operations.
Serve as a key point of contact in a customer service capacity, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Manage purchase order (PO) creation and processing for a wide range of supplies, including batteries, generators, breakers, PPE, and janitorial items.
Coordinate resupply efforts to maintain adequate inventory levels and support uninterrupted service delivery.
Perform receiving duties, including verifying shipments and updating inventory records.
Processes and verifies inventory movement transactions, maintains overall accuracy of inventory levels.
Plans layout, maintenance and up keep of stockroom and other storage areas and consolidates existing stock to improve space utilization.
May operate lift equipment in a safe manner to ensure personal protection and to ensure the protection of other personnel and company property.
Maintains housekeeping in and around the back stock storage areas.
Uses scanner & computer to enter data and maintain inventory.
Other duties as assigned.
**What You’ll Need**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
+ Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $25.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
