You will work directly with the Warehouse team and you will help to provide them with assistance and facilitate various tasks.You will respond to internal and external customer inquiries to provide information, collaborate and resolve matters.  You will also assist with sourcing new vendor partnerships, ensuring company documents are sent & returned signed. WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR What the Job Entails:Perform general administrative work via both phone & emailDeal with inbound and outbound callsBuild and maintain various excel spreadsheetsAssist with email communication management, gathering information & detailsCommunicate & support internal account managers with new client opportunities / needsCommunicate various partners for pricing & service availabilityFacilitate any short-term projects, communication relating, but not limited to, the arrival, & departure of goods within one or many distribution facilitiesLog & processing internal billing recordsMaintain & update vendor internal listsPrepare internal / external customer pricing documentsCoordinate transportation details and advise on any delays or problems that may arise What We Are Looking For:Out of the box thinker with an analytical approach and strong attention to detailWorks well and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environmentExperience in a 4PL, and warehousingExcellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook)Works well under pressure & strong organizational skillsGood people skills, team playerAble to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with diverse groups of individuals throughout the organization What We Offer:Robust industry with training and mentorshipCompensation package that include Medical and Dental benefitsLife Insurance/AD&D InsuranceLong-term disabilityPersonal and Volunteer days offVacation available after probation periodDynamic environment and ‘can-do’ culture This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.  Traffic Tech is committed to fostering a healthy and accessible work environment.
