What will you do?• Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics processes.• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices, including goods receipt, put-away, and goods issue procedures.• Conduct regular cycle counts, analyze root causes for deviations, and initiate corrective measures to enhance inventory accuracy.• Manage planning and execution of annual physical inventory processes, ensuring thorough organization and precision.• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, adding value, and reducing costs within warehouse operations.• Facilitate seamless coordination and communication among warehouse teams, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment.• Cultivate a positive workplace climate that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.
What will you need to succeed?• KPI development and controlling for logisitic process.• Strong hability to do and demand to do corect process related to WH´s operations.• Knowlege and experience for WH´s operations (Good Receipt, Put Away, Good Issue)• Cycle counts execution and root cause analisys for deviations.• Experience in Physical annual inventory planning and execution.• Improvements projects development in terms of productivity, value add and cost saving.• Strong lidership skills and experience managing administrative and operative personal (50 or more).• Capacity to move across different levels of organization (upper and lower  the positions).• Strong SAP knowlege  related to WMS and IMS  or similar.• Strategical, objective and fair judgment related to all the operations and behaviours with the team.• Experience attending internal and external audit process in different requierements (financial, certifications, operational).
