The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with a passion for the events industry. This is a casual position, based at our Sydney warehouse in Rydalmere.

Core Responsibilities

Stock control, ensuring all inventory is in good working order and available for eventsBe constantly aware of the property inventory, location of equipment, oversee tidiness of the warehouseReport all damaged equipment & assist in coordinating repairs where neededParticipate in regular stock takes under direction of the Regional Operations ManagerFollow all warehouse processes to ensure safe, effective storage & distribution of Audio-visual and S&D stockEnsure the scheduled day for deliveries is metEnsure all guidelines, processes and principles are followed

Your Background

Forklift desirablePrevious experience in a warehouse environmentHas or willing to get their test & tag licenseAbility to work under pressureGood oral and written communication skillsTime management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlinesAbility to work after hours (when necessary)
