Warehouse Aisle Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of warehouse aisles and surrounding areas. This role involves sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, removing debris, and ensuring aisles are free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment. They also dispose of waste, clean common areas like restrooms and break rooms, and may be involved in tasks like cleaning machinery and maintaining equipment.
1st Shift: M-F 6am-2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse floors, including aisles and common areas.Debris Removal: Removing and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and other debris from the warehouse, including empty pallets and packaging.Safety Compliance: Ensuring aisles and passageways are clear of obstacles and hazards to maintain a safe working environment.Common Area Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces.Equipment Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and other tools.Waste Disposal: Properly disposing of waste and recyclables in designated containers.Material Handling: Pulling, pushing, lifting, and using manual pallet jacks as needed for cleaning and waste disposal.Spill Cleanup: Cleaning up spills and leaks promptly and efficiently.Inventory and Supplies: Assisting with maintaining adequate levels of cleaning supplies.Reporting: Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.Other Duties: Performing other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.Work Experience
