Responsibilities Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery. Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices. Provide feedback to direct Supervisor on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders. Track each load and accurately count all pallets. Maintain pace of pallet configuration. Make sure loads are sealed, stable, secured, and accounted for. Works with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure loading accuracy and inventory security is held to the highest standard. Work in a safe manner. Identify priorities and coordinate resources. Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers. Adequately respond/ read emails pertaining to the day’s loadout, you receive pertinent information regarding loadout on your email. This position requires pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying between 20 and 45 lbs. repeatedly throughout a long work shift. In addition, the position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping and contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications High School Diploma required or equivalent certification (GED). Preferred 2 years of technical skills experience in warehousing (production & manufacturing preferred) with familiarity with SAP. Experience in leading frontline teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Clear understanding of manufacturing practices and processes. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
