Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Aurora, CO

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay:

$21/hour starting pay$22/hour after 30 days$23/hour after 60 days$24/hour after 90 days

Job Summary:

Winsupply is hiring reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associates to support our distribution center in Aurora, CO. You'll help keep operations running smoothly by unloading trucks, scanning materials, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments. We offer fast pay progression, stable weekday hours, and a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do:

Load/unload trucks and handle materials using equipmentUse RF scanners to manage inventory and complete tasksPick, pack, and wrap materials for shippingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentReport inventory discrepancies or safety issuesAssist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

Work Experience

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 45 lbsComfortable standing and moving for an 8-hour shiftStrong attention to detail and work ethicForklift, reach truck, or cherry picker experience is a huge plusWilling to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learnPrevious warehouse experience preferred but not required
