Responsibilities:

Must have the willingness and desire to learn how to operate different machinesOperation of smokehouse machinesUnloading product at the end of the cook cycleMonitor controls throughout the cook cycle to verify the machinery and meat is cooking properlyComplete checks though out the shift to ensure are regulatory requirements and quality standards are met (temperatures, cook time, etc.)Completing required paperwork that documents each process check to stay in compliance with safety proceduresFamiliarity with working in a team based environmentComplete other tasks as needed

Education: High School

High School Diploma or Equivalent
