Job details Spherion Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship customer orders. You will also be trained to do assembly, perform inventory checks and other warehouse duties. Prior experience is not essential, but you must have demonstrated mechanical aptitude, high motivation to learn and an excellent work ethic.

Pay $19/hour ... 3 month assignment

Responsibilities:
-Receive daily order pick and pack schedules from the sales department
-Pick products from warehouse locations
-Light assembly of conveyors and ???quick ship??? products as required
-Package shipments for regular ground and freight service shipments
-Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure all stock is present and available for sale
-Receive inbound shipments, check quantities and store on shelves and bins as required
-Track and replenish supplies, clean and tidy as you go
-Mechanical assembly and fabrication (cutting, drilling)

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

-Must be able to work with limited / no supervision
-Must have driver???s license and own transport
-Basic computer skills
-Forklift experience with a license is not required, but desired

-Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods
-Previous fabrication industry or shop experience a plus
