From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 AM – 06:30PM) on a 2 – 2 – 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: + Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organization and time-management skills. + Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand. + Must occasionally life and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more. + Able to manage a high-stress environment. From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education & Experience + High school diploma or equivalent is preferred + 6 months to a 1-year experience driving a standup forklift + Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
