Job DescriptionShipping/Receiving Coordination with Power Unit Group Assembly, Hydraulic Motor Repair, Quality Management and Inside Sales / Customer ServiceAccurately Pick and Pack orders for shipmentProcess ReturnsCreate & follow up freight claimsBuild and / or modify cratingShrink Wrap (VCI) and properly label/stencil crates for truck (LTL & Flatbed) ordersMaintain accurate inventory by correctly logging 100% of all inventory movesMaintain Stock Locations in SAPMaintain Cycle Count ProgramPrepare Bill of LadingsCall/Schedule Pickups for LTL Freight CarriersCreate UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping labelsExecute special procedures, i.e. special customer instructions, and others as necessary to prepare product for stocking/shippingWork with Manager to ensure daily priorities are being metPerform end of day duties which include cleaning work area, sweeping and emptying garbage, general housekeeping, securing dumpsters, locking doors, etc.Perform other duties as requested and requiredProvide support for other positions when required

QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school (ex. PA Department of Education, FL Department of Education, US Military).5+ Years of Warehouse/Dock ExperienceMust be (or able to be) forklift certifiedMust have Safety as First PriorityBasic wood working skills (crating skills preferred)Familiar with plastic/steel banding equipmentLarge Parts Experience PreferredLarge forklift experience preferred (15K# lift)Overhead crane experience preferred (up to 30K#)Strong verbal communication skillsGeneral computer skills to include data entry and use of email (Microsoft Outlook)Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferredDetail-oriented and able to make independent, appropriate decisionsMotivated to learn, continuously improve, and adapt work processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessDemonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team environmentSelf-starter, motivatedProven strong attendance record
