Manpower is teaming up with the top clients in Greenwood, Indianapolis and Plainfield to build their warehouse teams.  They are seeking Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators to join their growing teams.

As a Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate or Forklift Operator

Location: Greenwood, Plainfield, Indianapolis 

Pay Range: $17 - $21.50 per hour

Shift: All shifts available - plus weekend shifts 

What's the Job?

Pick and select orders efficiently to meet daily targets. Assemble pallets with orders and track shipments accurately. Scan products for inventory management and ensure accuracy. Operate various types of forklifts and reach trucks safely. Pull and stage products for timely delivery to customers.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
