Warehouse Associate - All Shifts

Job Qualifications:

High school/GED required. Some warehousing experience preferred.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to lift 50 pounds. Strong verbal and written communication skills This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done to deliver customer delight. The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines. Standard shift hours are generally observed, and the job may include voluntary or mandatory overtime. This role will be expected to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers. Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWT's requirements. Ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on needs of the department.

Compensation/ Benefits 

  

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
