Location: Mansfield, TX
Employment Type: Temporary - 6 months | On-site

Pay Rate: $19/Hourly (Weekly pay)

Shift: Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30 pm (Occasional Saturdays)
Industry: Manufacturing / Distribution

Position Summary:

This role is essential to the smooth operation of our client’s warehouse, with a focus on shipping and receiving, inventory management, and product handling. The ideal candidate will have forklift & cherry picker experience, strong customer service skills, product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.

Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Load and unload LTL trucks using proper safety procedures.

Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions.

Assist with product identification and handling based on company standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ year of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping/receiving.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance/ 50+ lbs. team lift.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

Valid forklift and Cherry picker certification or demonstrated experience. (Up to 26ft)

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Knowledge of product types and handling requirements.

Basic math skills.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
