Responsibilities

You’re an innovative thinker, passionate about the planet and eager to play a role in creating sustainable packaging that keeps the world healthy, fed and working. As part of our world-class, performance-focused team, you’ll support critical warehouse operations that ensure the smooth flow of materials and products from production to delivery. You’ll be responsible for retrieving and staging shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is committed to helping build a more sustainable future through efficient logistics and supply chain support.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

Retrieving bill of ladings (BOL’s) from plant manager’s office before drivers show for pickup of purchase orders (PO’s).Removing finished goods from production floor, loading finished goods on box truck, taking loaded truck over to offsite warehouse. Reviewing current raw materials on production floor (Resin’s in Gaylord form, boxes, corrugated dividers, corner guards for production needs) daily.Raw materials needed for continued production are pulled from warehouse and placed in perspective areas daily.Philips Online orders pulled in accuracy. Labels produced for online orders placed on perspective boxes. Utilizing banding equipment for Philips Online orders properly. All Philips Online orders completed brought over to staging area for shipment through UPS and FedEx.Upkeep on Philips Online order stocked product. Low volume products replaced with stocked skids of Vials. Communication with Warehouse lead for which products need removed from Sortly to ensure accuracy with inventory.Warehouse cleanliness.  Sweeping of floors / utilizing floor scrubber.  Keeping stocked product organized.Inventory on Philips online section turned in weekly.Double checking pulled product staged for shipments to ensure accuracy of PO’s shipping out.Fulfilling other tasks as requested. Qualifications Prior forklift experience.Prior pallet jack (electric and / or hand) experience.Prior warehouse experience.Ability to be forklift certified if not alreadyAbility to push/pull loads of approximately 50 lbs at a minimum of 10 times per day/shiftAble to stand/walk for a minimum of 7.5 hours of an 8+-hour shiftAbility to lift 40-50 pounds.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
