Job Description
Insight Global is seeking qualified and dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations at our Kansas facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet movers, swing-reach trucks, and pickers (certification preferred)
Work Order Execution: Follow detailed work orders and instructions from management
Receiving & Storing: Receive, sort, and store incoming materials and products
Order Fulfillment: Process, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; load delivery vehicles as needed
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory audits
Product Inspection: Check incoming and outgoing items for damage or discrepancies
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; follow all safety protocols

Skills and Requirements
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift and move materials (weight requirements may apply)
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus)
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas warehouse location null
