Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse—issuing and receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production with timely delivery of supplies. This position ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards while promoting a smooth and efficient warehouse workflow.
Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate records, inventory data, and documentation to reduce material loss or discrepancies
· Issue materials, chemicals, and components to manufacturing in a timely manner
· Perform receiving tasks including inspection, documentation, and verification of product and certifications
· Manage raw material orders, Kanban inventory, and MRO items
· Conduct facility and equipment audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and cGMP standards
· Provide training on operations, safety, forklift use, and compliance
Qualifications and Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Ability to operate electric walker/overhead pallet trucks and mechanical stretch wrappers
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems
· Strong communication, reading, math, and problem-solving skills
