Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our warehouse. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. In addition to core warehouse functions, the Warehouse Associate will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Occasional direct interaction with customers is also expected, requiring a high level of professionalism and service.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation Schedule and coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other carriers Receiving & Inventory Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy and damage Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory by product type and location Internal Collaboration Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to prioritize urgent or custom orders Communicate stock or order issues proactively to internal teams Assist in resolving order discrepancies and special handling needs Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers during pickups and returns Answer basic inquiries regarding order status or products Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions General Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols Inventory Management & Control Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory system Record all inventory transactions: receipts, adjustments, transfers, and relocations Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Documentation & Records Management Organize and maintain digital documentation in SharePoint and internal systems Ensure timely filing and archiving of shipping, receiving, and inventory records Support audit preparation and ensure documentation complies with company policies
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse role Ability to operate a forklift and warehouse equipment Advanced knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systems Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems; strong data entry accuracy Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills Punctual, reliable, and efficient with attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow within the company Bilingual in Spanish helpful, not required Work Environment: On-site only; remote or hybrid options are not available Must be able to lift moderate loads and walk throughout the warehouse Comfortable working in a warehouse with seasonal temperature changes
