**Forklift Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift** **Location: Sterling, VA** **Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM** **Pay Rate: $** **18.00/hr** **Location Type: Onsite** **About the Client** Cuisine Solutions is the world’s largest sous-vide manufacturer, known for premium, fully cooked solutions used by top airlines, military bases, and restaurant chains. Their innovative technology ensures consistent quality with lower contamination risk and waste. **Position Summary** As a **Forklift Warehouse Associate** , you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for all aspects of inventory movement—including receiving, storing, processing, and shipping. This role involves operating forklifts and other equipment to move goods safely and efficiently. **Job Responsibilities** + Receive and track incoming shipments + Load/unload trucks and sea containers + Organize and store inventory + Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks + Handle fragile merchandise with care + Accurately record shipment conditions, quantities, and timelines + Prepare and pack orders for shipment or transfer + Maintain records for Hold, Aged, and Damaged merchandise + Use inventory/logistics software for data entry + Keep work area clean and safe + Support weekend shifts if needed + Perform other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** + **Education:** Minimum 6th-grade education required; HS diploma or GED preferred + **Experience:** + Prior forklift operation experience required + Warehouse experience preferred + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (40–55°F) + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills + Basic computer literacy + Clear written and verbal communicationAdecco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
