Warehouse Associate Moncks Corner, SC Full Time Warehouse Mid Level Share (https://seafoxboats.applytojob.com/app/share/8ZK6Ynqpn7) We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support operations in our boat manufacturing facility. This role involves handling marine parts and materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely flow of components to and from the production floor. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: + Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of parts, materials, and equipment + Organize and store inventory including fiberglass components, hardware, engines, and electrical systems + Pull and deliver materials to production lines based on work orders and build schedules + Package and stage parts and finished goods for outbound shipments + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy or oversized marine components + Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software or inventory management systems + Assist with cycle counts and regular stock audits- strong attention to detail + Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards + Communicate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow + Support loading and unloading of boats, trailers, and large marine components Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED required + Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, preferably in a marine or heavy industrial setting + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, walk for extended period of times and perform physically demanding tasks + Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) – certification a plus + Basic computer skills for inventory systems, email, and data entry + Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a team-first attitude + Understanding of safety protocols and material handling best practices Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of boat parts, marine terminology, or boat assembly processes + Experience working with large or delicate components (e.g., hulls, engines, custom rigging) + Ability to read and interpret work orders, part numbers, and schematics Work Environment: + Outdoor warehouse setting in a manufacturing facility + May involve exposure to fiberglass dust, noise, and varying temperatures + Use of PPE such as gloves and eye protection Share (https://seafoxboats.applytojob.com/app/share/8ZK6Ynqpn7) Apply Apply for this position Required* Apply with Indeed First Name* Last Name* Email Address* Phone* Address Resume* We've received your resume.
