Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages. All work is performed in a warehouse setting.  This is a general labor type job that requires unloading packages out of trailers and then loading the packages into the UPS trucks based on the final destination city/postal code.

Responsibilities:

Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.Loads and unloads UPS packages into/out of trailers.Scan and sort packages

Qualifications:

No experience necessary – on the job training provided!Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Able to lift up to 70lbs.

Shift:

Monday to Friday (5 days a week - no weekends!)6:00 pm - 10 pm (approx.) depending on package volume.Flexibility with start and finish times. Shift will extend longer during high package volume.

Compensation:

$17.30 / per hour (paid weekly – every Friday via direct deposit)Guaranteed wage progression through Union Collective Agreement - $28.71 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service.Health, dental, and vision care benefits after 1 yearEmployee discountsPromotion from within - career training and developmentEAP – employee assistance program
