The Warehouse Associate for Leica Biosystems is responsible for Picking, Shipping/Receiving, Process Returns and 5S in a fast-paced environment
This position is part of the North American Service Team located in Richmond, IL and will be 100% onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Service Operations Team and report to the Service Inventory and Demo Manager responsible for leading the service and demo team. If you thrive in a fast paced, multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class service organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Receive and Process Shipments – Unload deliveries, inspect goods, and accurately record inventory.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship Orders – Fulfill customer orders by selecting, packaging, and labeling items. Maintain Clean and Organized Warehouse. Keep work areas tidy and compliant with safety standards. Operate Warehouse Equipment. Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools safely and effectively. Inventory Management; assist with stock counts, audits, and restocking shelves.
- Follow Safety Procedures – Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents. Collaborate with Team Members and work closely with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbsAbility to bend, twist and be on your feet for 8 hours a dayIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Previous SAP experienceForklift experienceThe hourly range for this role is 19-21.50 hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
