**Field Representative II, Cross Functional** **This position offers a $750 sign-on bonus for new Ricoh team members!** **Position Profile** The Field Representative II supports the daily operations of one or more Managed Services (MS) locations, including but not limited to: + Mail center operations + Maintaining billing logs and reports This role also supports regional MS services during implementation, covers absences and vacations across Ricoh locations, and assists with new account startups. The position reports directly to the Site Operations Manager or IAM, depending on the local personnel structure. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Package Handling & Tracking** + Receive packages from couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon + Scan packages into the tracking system and apply new labels for internal delivery + Receive and process freight and pallets **Mail & Courier Services** + Prepare outbound packages for shipment + Travel 8–10 miles using a company vehicle to deliver mail and packages across campus and nearby locations **Warehouse & Inventory Support** + Assist with Inventory furnitures/fixtures and prepares for storage in the warehouse **Equipment Operation** + Train and certify on powered equipment including: + Reach forklift + Propane sit-down forklift + Walkie electric pallet jack **Administrative & Customer Service** + Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing shipments + Respond to internal inquiries regarding package status and mailroom services + Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. **Qualifications:** **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma required + 6–12 months of related work experience preferred **Certifications & Requirements:** + Valid, violation-free driver’s license + Reliable transportation and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Prior mailroom or warehouse experience preferred + Ability to use and troubleshoot mailroom equipment + Strong organizational skills + Effective communication and customer service skills **Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands** + Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels + Diverse work assignments requiring interpretation and application of complex information + Physical activity may include: + Standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing + Lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs. + Pushing or pulling equipment up to 400 lbs. + Walking between buildings + Moderate dexterity required for tools and equipment Come Create at Ricoh: If you are seeking a team driven by passion and purpose, come create with us at Ricoh.
