Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our team in Vacaville, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position will play a vital role in supporting inventory management operations by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, data analysis, and problem-solving to ensure inventory accuracy and availability while balancing cost efficiency. Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and optimize management strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to ensure accurate inventory counts and availability. • Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and management systems for tracking and forecasting. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Manage replenishment processes and allocate inventory to meet customer demand efficiently. • Assist in forecasting inventory needs and planning to support operational goals. • Provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory workflows and procedures. • Oversee monthly inventory counts, ensuring timely and accurate completion. • Support the implementation and updates of new inventory management systems. Requirements • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or related fields; or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, with 2+ years of experience in the field. • Proficiency with Sage, Creatio, Microsoft Excel, and other inventory tracking software. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills; Spanish language proficiency is a plus. • Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks. • Motivated and team-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges. • Experience in solar or roofing installation is advantageous but not required.
