Warehouse and Crew Coordinator

The Role: We are in search of a Warehouse and Crew Coordinator to join our team in Back Bay, New Brunswick. Key Responsibilities + Track and maintain inventory levels for issued materials and stock items + Prepare and compile detailed inventory reports + Create and update item codes in the inventory system + Manage restocking and procurement of new or custom parts + Record stock quantities, types, and values using digital or manual systems + Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records + Coordinate shipments and deliveries to the United States + Enter customer orders into the company’s sales platform + Arrange crew logistics, including flights, rental vehicles, and accommodations + Place orders for fuel, water, and groceries + Submit requests for equipment transfers + Process purchase orders (POs) + Provide general support to daily operations as needed Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Solid understanding of inventory control processes and best practices + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word + Highly organized with strong attention to detail + Skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a customer-focused approach + Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams + Committed to maintaining high ethical standards in all tasks + Adheres to established policies and procedures with consistency and accuracy + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization + Strong analytical and problem-solving ability To be successful in this role, you will bring a minimum of one year of experience in inventory.
