The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Mining Division as a Warehouse Administrator at Mt Thorley. Be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of parts and materials critical to supporting our mining customers. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing success of a global industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute timely dispatch of orders, processing deliveries, and booking courier pick-ups.
Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor logistics, handle customer and supplier queries, and maintain up-to-date records in databases and reports.
Support stock control activities, including stock takes and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
About You
Proficient in advanced MS Office applications, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a similar environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards in all aspects of work.
Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable), or equivalent experience in a related field
