Position: Warehouse Administrator Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm Compensation: $24 per hour The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining records of warehouse transactions. The Warehouse Administrator will play a key role in supporting the team to optimize warehouse functionality and contribute to seamless supply chain processes. It does not include all aspects of the position such as the potential additional duties assigned by the manager and the requirement for flexibility in helping others for the company's overall benefit. Core Responsibilities & Duties: + Ensure accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing warehouse products. + Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system. + Oversee the processing and shipping of orders from start to finish, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols. + Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping and inventory levels. + Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations. + Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. + Perform routine inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization. + Perform account specific costing & billing functions. + Other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements & Qualifications: + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. + Minimum of 3 years of warehouse and/or distribution experience in a supervisory or management role. + Minimum of 3 years Customer Service. + Adequate knowledge, experience, and/or understanding of the supply chain industry. + Performance standards and KPI metric development. + Inventory management software experience preferred (Cargo Wise, SAP, WMS, etc.) + Competent levels of proficiency in administrative and reporting tools/applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) + Forklift certification and/or license a plus.
